As your listing agents, our goal is to get your property sold quickly and for the highest possible price and best terms for you. We stay focused on those goals every step of the way.

So, how do we make sure that we’ve done everything that we can to market your property to its fullest? Our marketing plan includes the following elements targeted for maximum exposure:

We work for the largest broker in Santa Clara County, Coldwell Banker. With a network of 72 offices in 12 counties throughout Northern California, our market share dominance allows us to provide consistent & aggressive local and regional advertising. This is done through advertising in the San Jose Mercury News, local radio and television ads, and unparalleled Internet exposure on CaliforniaMoves.com, ColdwellBanker.com and Realtor.com.

Additionally, we’re able to network with all of the offices in Northern California to alert other Coldwell Banker agents of the new listing.

We’ll work with the relocation department at Coldwell Banker to show your home to corporate relocation prospects that other real estate companies don’t have access to. No other real estate firm in Northern California generates more corporate relocations than Coldwell Banker.

Your home will also appear on mlslistings.com with much of the same information that’s posted on MLS. We also make sure to announce any open houses on mlslistings.com so that buyers will know when they can see it.

We get to “pitch” your property at our weekly sales meetings in front of many agents who will then try to identify a potential buyer from their list of clients.

Another powerful marketing system is the Featured Homes system that we’ve purchased on Realtor.com. These positions provide top billing in a prime spot on the Internet’s #1 real estate site. We’ve also purchased a system called Enhanced Listings on Realtor.com to showcase your home and make it stand out from all other listings.

We don’t stop there. We then employ a Reverse Search on a Listing Alert service that we use for buyer clients. This Reverse Search allows us to find other agents who are using Listing Alert and are working with clients looking for a home just like yours.

We market your home on our personal web site, www.gotagent.com. That may not sound all too exciting to you until you hear the lengths we’ve gone to in order to “drive” prospective buyers to the site. We’ve purchased top spots on major search engines and directories so that our web site comes up when keywords are typed in. For instance, a search for San Jose Real Estate in Google.com will yield a link to our web site either at the top of the page or very near it.

We schedule multiple open houses as often as convenient for you. We sit our own open houses because we know that we’re better prepared to field questions from prospective buyers.

We mail flyers to hundreds of homes surrounding yours to announce the new listing. One of your neighbors may know a family member or friend looking to buy in the neighborhood.

We have a sizeable client database and some of those past clients may be in the market for a rental property or may be looking to move up to a home just like yours.
